This is a nice memory foam pillow but I was under the impression that it would offer better neck support then the average pillow and it really doesn't do that. Its a very soft foam, comfortable when you first lay on it, but after a while it does what all memory foam does, it sinks down and doesn't offer much support at all. I don't think it lives up to the description and its definitely not worth the price.
